Ready to reclaim your identity as a whole person deserving of love, respect, and care?
I can help! I’m Hannah. A licensed professional counselor, wife, & mother of three. I specialize in working with women to dive deep, heal their inner child, identify & advocate for their needs, & truly heal from the hurts that ail them. It is my aim to journey alongside women who find themselves asking the questions: who am I really? How do I stop the cycles that I know are hurting me? Why does the past haunt me? Can I ever move on? How do I reclaim joy? If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
You’re tired of having to disconnect from yourself in order to manage everything on your plate. You keep yourself busy because when you’re finally still grief bubbles to the surface. You feel lonely but don’t feel like yourself so you hide socially. You want to be YOU again & enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.
It’s time for things to be different.
My Approach to Therapy
Therapy with me is nonjudgmental, connected, and completely “come as you are”.
I show up to session fully myself and work to create the environment where you feel you are able to do so as well. As a direct & compassionate communicator, I will ask questions to encourage you to explore your inner world & self reflect on choices/behaviors. Let’s keep it real: change & growth is hard. You need a therapist who can create safety, provide expertise & skilled opportunities, be your hype woman& laugh with you. But, most importantly, you need a therapist who will gently walk to the depths with you when you’re ready. I’m that gal.
My goal is to empower you to name what has been true for you, decide what is best for you, and protect your peace in the process. Getting unstuck & changing long-held patterns of being is not for the faint of heart. And it is so worth it. I respect the time & investment my clients make, so I want to be sure you leave our sessions feeling you have tangible tools, knowledge, and personal insights needed to make real life changes. We will work together to ensure you are making the progress you need to be making in your life. I also am able to provide faith based counseling from a Christian perspective & deeply respect the unique belief systems of each client.
How is therapy with me different?
My relationships with my clients are real.
I bring authentic care & compassion to every session. My approach to therapy is relaxed and warm. The connection I develop with clients is genuine which creates emotional trust & safety to practice the vulnerability necessary for healing. I bring an irreplicable depth & love to provide the women I work with the ability to release the pain of the past, welcoming the possibility of hope.
While going to the depths & addressing the past that follows us is primary, the element of play is equally as important. Following cues from my clients, I guide women to come up for air after doing deeper trauma work. Creating space for levity, rest, and permission to enjoy life in the midst of healing. Laughter & movement are good medicine. I make sure my clients have plenty of both!
Am I the right therapist for you?
-
Women who are ready for impactful change & are willing to lean in to emotional discomfort. You’ve tried talk therapy before but felt like the experience was too general & not practically helpful to get unstuck. You desire a container to process that which is unresolved & find ways to move forward to a more peaceful, fulfilling life.
-
Those who are not willing: to invest in themselves, to be seen, pursue honest reflections, and put in emotional labor outside of sessions. If you want a blank slate therapist who does not provide feedback, does not admit when they are wrong or unsure, and does not bring their whole person to the therapy session.

When I’m not at the office I am enjoying time with my husband & three kids. As a family we enjoy outdoor adventuring, playing board games, & visiting with friends. When I have time to relax I enjoy a good dance party (catch me at local silent discos on the weekend!), exercising, reading about holistic health (homeopathy & homebirth with a side of french fries), & watching documentaries (Love is Blind counts…) in the company of my two cats & dog.
